Fill your Jumbo Bag in your own time. Once you've set up your bag, you can fill it at your own pace. Once it's full, simply book pickup and our team will take care of the rest.
There are no time constraints once you've purchased your Jumbo Bag. It's flat-packed for easy storage, so you can use it when you are ready.
When setting up your Jumbo Bag for filling please ensure it is in an easily accessible area for our collection vehicle to pick it up. For more information, please check the instructions that can be found on the Jumbo Bag itself.

How much rubbish can I put in my Jumbo Bag?
To ensure safe collection, please follow these guidelines when setting up your Jumbo Bag:
- Do not overfill the bag; it should not surpass the top edges.
- Ensure that the total weight of the waste does not exceed the 1,000 kg bag limit.
- For optimal weight distribution, consider placing heavy materials within the first 20cm of the bag.
Where should I set my Jumbo Bag up?
To facilitate smooth pickup by our Jumbo Bag truck, please follow these placement recommendations:
Avoid Trees and Power Infrastructure:
- Keep the bag at a distance of at least 4 meters from trees or branches.
- Maintain a 4 meter distance from power poles or power lines.
Height Clearance:
- Ensure there is a clear height clearance of 9 meters for the truck.
Proximity to Your Property:
- Position the bag within 3 meters of your driveway or the curb.
- Confirm that the bag is situated on your property.
Entrance and Collection Point:
- Ensure the entrance for the truck is over 3 meters wide.
- Choose a flat surface as the collection point.
